My nutrition program is designed for people wanting to achieve lifelong results through a balanced, individualised, and non-restrictive food approach. Throughout the program you will enhance your nutrition knowledge, build practical skills, and develop habits that are easy, enjoyable and sustainable.

What do I specialise in?

As an accredited practicing dietitian and sports dietitian (which involved 5+ years of study), I am trained to provide evidence-based nutrition advice to a variety of individuals with different health and medical needs. My skill set is broad, however, my passion and specialty areas are performance nutrition, sustainable weight loss, and gastrointestinal health.

Hence, this program is suitable for anyone, whether your goal is to enhance athletic performance, improve body composition, strengthen gut, and improve overall health and wellbeing. My approach is tailored to your specific needs and goals - no cookie cutter programs here!
