I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Sports Dietitian with a high level of experience in helping everyday athletes achieve their goals. I’ve helped hundreds of clients improve their energy, performance, and body composition without resorting to extreme or unsustainable approaches. My passion is working with athletes to develop a personalised, non-restrictive nutrition plan that supports both training and long-term health.

With a background in performance nutrition, sustainable weight loss, and gastrointestinal health, I use evidence-based strategies to help you fuel your body in the best way possible, while also supporting your unique lifestyle and goals.
