MEET HOLLY

Hi I'm Holly! I am an accredited practising dietitian and sports dietitian based on the Gold Coast, QLD.

I help people achieve their health and performance goals through a balanced and individualised approach to feel energised and confident to perform at their full potential in training and everyday life.

I work with weekend warriors to elite athletes and everyone in between.

I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals by providing you with the knowledge, tools and support to develop healthy eating habits that are easy, sustainable and enjoyable.
