Recipe Sneak Peak...

Banana and Berry Protein Smoothie

Vegan, Gluten free

Ingredients:

â–¢ 250ml (1 cup) soy milk, unsweetened

â–¢ 30g (2tbsp) vegan vanilla protein powder

â–¢ 120g (1x medium) frozen banana

â–¢ 80g (½ cup) frozen berries of your choice e.g. raspberries, blueberries, or mixed

â–¢ Pinch of ground cinnamon

â–¢ 10g (1tbsp) chia seeds

â–¢ ½ cup ice cubes

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Tip: add protein powder after the milk to avoid it sticking to the side of the blender.

Nutrition:

440 cals, 32g protein, 14.5g fat (2g sat), 52g carbs, 11g fibre
